Obtained $6 million for a woman with traumatic brain injury from an improperly maintained swing.
Motorcycle fatality accident in Pinellas County where the motorcycle driver was cited for the accident. We obtained $1.7 Million for the wife of the deceased.
We helped a victim of a gunshot wound $1.3 (limits) from the homeowner’s insurance of the person who negligently discharged his weapon at a gun range.
We obtained a $2 million verdict for the wrongful death of a 25 year old when 2 teenagers were drag racing. We were able to obtain other insurance from the teenager who did not make contact and a bad faith claim against the widow’s underinsured motorist coverage after they told her a false statement.
